Taxation on the Colonists- The King and the Tax Collector

Thank you to the King and Tax Collector (Mr. Sufka and Mr. Zurko) for helping us out with a great class activity.  After learning about the events leading up to the American Revolution, we talked about how the colonists were mad when the King kept taxing them and they had very little pay to themselves.  The King and his collector came to our class to collect taxes, and we didn't have very happy colonists, especially the ones who didn't have any pay left.
